"Major development" proposals for 50 new homes in Coylton lodged with council (Image: google)
A PROPOSAL for a major 50-home development in Coylton has been lodged with South Ayrshire Council.
The documents submitted by developers Viga Homes Ltd reveal plans for a new residential development that could house 50 or more new homes over a 6.5 hectare site.
The new homes could be situated at the site between Carnell Drive, Lochfergus Drive, and Lochfergus Crescent.

A public consultation event will take place on Tuesday, April 18 and Wednesday May 23 at The Claude Hamilton Community Association Hall.
South Ayrshire Council will now consider the application.
