AYR United manager Scott Brown has signed a contact extension with the club.
The club confirmed on Thursday night that Brown and assistant Steven Whittaker have signed extended contracts at Somerset Park until 2027.
The announcement comes amidst rumours of Brown’s future at the club, with St Johnstone said to be eying him up for their vacant manager’s position.
Brown joined Ayr in January and has them challenging at the top end of the championship this season.
