Craigmark Burntonians manager Ryan Caddis says he is aiming for a top four finish in the league after his side beat Bellshill Athletic 3-0 at the weekend.
Prior to the West of Scotland Football League Conference A clash, the Mark announced the signing of Scott Sherrie on loan from Glenafton Athletic.
The forward got off to the perfect start on his debut scoring alongside a double from Ryan Connelly to seal a comfortable win at Station Park.
The result means Craigmark are now just one point behind Maybole, who currently occupy fourth spot, with a game in hand on the Bole.
Speaking to the Advertiser, Caddis said: “To be up there challenging for the top four now is incredible for the club.
“We have spoke about it between the management and players – finishing in the top four is the target now since we are so close.
“I think first, second and third is probably done with between Arthurlie, Shotts Bon Accord and Whitletts Victoria.
“But I think there will be a battle out for fourth because there are three or four teams that could still nick that position.”
