CLINICAL Craigmark eased past the Farmers' Boys in a one-sided cup tie at Brig O'Lea Stadium.

The home side made the breakthrough a minute from half time when the ball broke to Marc Dyer at the edge of the box and he shot into the bottom corner.

In 55 minutes they doubled their advantage when the goalie made a hash of a clearance and the ball rebounded off lurking striker Scott Dempster and landed in the back of the net.

It was three and easy in 70 minutes when a Ryan McCubbin cross was volleyed home at the near post by Dempster.

Ten minutes later Scott Lamont shot home to increase the lead.

Then in 88 minutes Ally Boyle could have made it 5-0 but shot over the bar from all of four yards when scoring looked easier.

Craigmark boss Greg Gallagher said: "We played well and it was a good result but we have to pick up more league wins."

CRAIGMARK BURNTONIANS: Wilson; Lamont, McKay, Boyle, McCubbin, Dyer, Dempster, Barr, Connor. Sub: Reid.
