BT West One
ALLAN GLEN'S 26
CARRICK RFC 52
A GLORIOUS treble was sealed by Carrick Rugby Club as they steamrollered hosts Allan Glen's.
Needing one win from their last two games to seal the prize to add to the BT Shield and West Shield, they took the game to the hosts right from the off.
A hat-trick of tries from Lewis Clark and another one from John Fulton gave them a 24-19 advantage at half-time.
However Carrick were back to their dominant selves after the break and try doubles from the imperious Clark and Richard Kirk put them out of sight after the break.
Six conversions were also kicked en route to what was a glorious victory and takes the Maybole club into National League Three.
The triumph came just two weeks after the glittering Shield triumph at Murrayfield.
