MORE than 100 Primary Four pupils from St John's, Dalmilling, Braehead and Newton Primary Schools had a platform to showcase their football skills last week.
They took part in a highly successful football event.
The South Ayrshire Competitive Schools Sport Whitletts Road Games football festival was staged at Somerset Park. Active Schools organised the event.
Children rotated between matches and skills stations to work on their dribbling, passing, shooting and the chip shot challenge.
Massive thanks go to Ayr United FC for allowing the schools to use Somerset Park.
