TWO men who allegedly made threats while brandishing a knife and a knuckleduster in Kirkmichael will face trial next year.

Jordan Goodwin, 28, and Allan Bolland, 45, are accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, as well as possessing a bladed and offensive weapon.

Both are alleged to have caused fear and alarm by shouting, swearing and acting in an aggressive manner to a male and female at Boyleston Crescent and Kirkmichael Primary School on October 22, 2025.

The Crown's indictment alleges the pair pursued them in a vehicle, blocked their vehicle and then repeatedly struck their vehicle, causing damage.

The charges also allege they presented a knuckleduster and a knife and made offensive remarks.

Goodwin faces a charge of having a knife, without reasonable excuse or lawful authority, while Bolland is alleged to have had a knuckleduster.

Both accused pleaded not guilty to the charges, with the case calling at Ayr Sheriff Court this week.

The jury trial was adjourned until early next year.

Bail was continued for Goodwin of Whitehall Avenue in Patna, and Bolland of Girvan Crescent in Newmilns.
