AN award-winning author is heading to Prestwick Library for a special event later this month.
South Ayrshire Libraries is welcoming Doug Johnstone, a Scottish crime writer and author of the darkly funny Skelfs series.
Based in Edinburgh, Doug will chat about the inspirations behind his gripping fiction and journalism, share insights into his writing process, and answer questions in a lively audience Q&A.
The event is perfect for fans of crime fiction, dark humour, and great storytelling, and is suitable for adults.
Doug will be in Prestwick on Wednesday, January 14 from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
