MSP Sharon Dowey has presented the team at CoreHealth Chiropractic in Prestwick with a parliamentary motion, after they were crowned best Health and Wellbeing Business in the country at Scotland’s Business Awards.
The accolade follows their win as best Health and Wellbeing Business in Ayrshire and comes only four years after opening their doors.
The South Scotland Conservative MSP met with owner Francesca McCluskie and her team in their vibrant and family-friendly practice at Prestwick Cross.
Ms Dowey said: “It was a real pleasure to visit Francesca and the team at CoreHealth Chiropractic in Prestwick.
"Their dedication to their work and desire to do their best for patients shines through in what they have achieved.
“I was delighted to lodge a motion in the Scottish Parliament, recognising this achievement and congratulating them on their very well-deserved win.
"I have no doubt there are many more great things to come from Francesca and the team and I wish them every success for the future.”
The practice transformed the iconic old Bank of Scotland building at Prestwick Cross into a vibrant community hub for holistic health after opening in the autumn of 2020.
The business was nominated and then voted winners of the Ayrshire regional division by the general public in August, and sailed to victory winning the national accolade at a ceremony on November 3.
Through chiropractic care, massage, and naturopathic medicine, the practice provides drug-free, non-surgical options that have made significant differences in the lives of many.
