THE Ayr Model Rail Show is on track to wow visitors this weekend.
The annual model railway extravaganza is back at Troon's Walker Hall from September 21-22 this weekend.
A host of model railway clubs are taking part in the show, including clubs from Ayr, Greenock, Glenrothes and Perth.
The show will be open from 10am until 5pm on Saturday and from 10am until 4pm on Sunday.
There will be 14 great layouts on show, with plenty of interaction for enthusiasts and families.
Trade stands this year include CM3Models, Durham Trains of Stanley, KMS Railtech, The Junction Box, Lathalmond Models, Road Transport Images, Franzi's Scenic Diaoramas and Douglas Blades Books.
Refreshment will be provided in aid of Troon lifeboat.
