The RNLI charity shop in Troon is set to close from next month.
The charity says that following a "full and thorough review", the premises on Ayr Street will close on October 19.
The RNLI says that it has to make sure that all areas are operating as "efficiently as possible" as it deals with the "challenging financial climate".
Julie Matthews, volunteer shop manager, said: "I would like to thank all the shop volunteers past and present for all their efforts in RNLI Shop Troon, and we look forward to continuing our journey as we explore pop-up retail offerings for Troon and the surrounding area."
Until its closure, the shop will be open from 11am to 2pm on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and from 10am to 4pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
