Troon Lifeboat Station is hosting its annual open day next month.
From 12pm on Saturday, July 13, locals can visit Troon RNLI lifeboat station for an afternoon of activities.
Visitors can see aboard the RNLI Trent class all weather lifeboat 'RNLB Jim Moffat' and D class inshore lifeboat 'Sheena'.
They will also get the chance to speak to volunteer lifeboat crew to find out about the training they carry out and the variety of callouts they attend.
At the lifeboat station there will also be RNLI gifts as well as other emergency services.
A spokesperson said: "This is a great day out for the whole family, so why not come along and support your local RNLI lifeboat station.
"We look forward to seeing you all!"
