An Ayrshire businessman put his best foot forward to raise vital funds for a worthy cause.
Tempura co-owner Mark Blake, alongside brother Sean, ran five miles every day in March to raise an incredible £1,327 for the Ayrshire Maternity Unit.
The pair finished off their mammoth challenge with a half marathon from Tempura in Ayr to the Ayrshire Maternity Unit at Crosshouse.
Mark said: “Ayrshire Maternity Unit has always been close to my heart as my mum (who is an absolute inspiration might I add) Caroline Blake, is the manager of the Neonatal Unit and the Acute Paediatrics Services.
"I know how much hard work she and all her amazing team put in, so I thought it would be great to give something back to enhance the care and experience for the babies, children and all their families."
