Police in South Ayrshire have seized illegal tobacco and cigarettes during a search of commercial premises in Girvan.

On Wednesday, May 8, officers from Police Scotland's Carrick local policing team and South Ayrshire's trading standards department attended a commercial unit in Girvan after complaints were received of illicit tobacco products being sold within.

During the search of the premise, a quantity of illegal tobacco products and cigarettes wasfound and seized.
