Prestwick man Alistair Moir was knighted in Cambodia in 2014 for his work in clearing landmines. He was given the title of Officer in the Royal Order of Sahametrei from His Excellency Chum Bun Rong, Secretary of the Cambodia Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority.
