A fantastic £1,000 has been raised for Girvan RNLI through a will donation scheme run by an Ayrshire law firm.
The McKinstry Company, which has offices in Girvan, Ayr and Dalry, recently ran a will promotion where both new and existing clients were offered the opportunity to create a will for free.
In exchange, everyone taking part was asked to make a charitable donation of at least £50 to Girvan lifeboat as a charity partner.
An RNLI spokesperson said: "We were delighted to receive £1,000 through this promotion and thank everyone involved."

Further donations to Girvan RNLI can be made on their fundraising page at www.justgiving.com/campaign/rnligirvan.
