A popular Ayr bar and grill is launching an exciting new street food menu this spring.

The Ghillie Dhu, in Burns Statue Square, is hosting a series of tasting promo nights this month to try out the new menu.

The eatery also has a new interior, live music and sports on TV as it looks to start 2024 with a fresh look.

A spokesperson said: "Street-food is where our hearts (and our taste buds) lie. Filled with quirkiness and full on flavour.

"So we have been out and about tasting, at Ghillie HQ experimenting and, in the name of research, soaking up some street-food vibes on our travels.

"Our new interior, funky buzzers, live music & multi screen sport are all part of the GD experience.

"Then there is our seriously cool cocktail list and of course - our super friendly Ghillie Dhu team.

"The shift to street-food in Scotland has been huge the last few years and we love being part of that."

Customers can stay tuned to the Ghille Dhu Ayr page on Facebook for further details of the promo nights, which start on Thursday, March 7.
