The Wee Man's public house on Green Street is heading under the hammer with bids starting at £65,000. 

The property has been vacant for a number of years, and occupies a substantial footprint on the prime corner trading spot. 

It is around 900 square feet in size, and is suitable for a range of uses including possible residential conversion. 

The pub comprises a main door entry, bar area, male and female customer toilets, a store room to the rear and fire exit.
