Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a woman who has been missing in Ayr for more than 36 hours.
Laura Wilkie, 43, was last seen in the Alloway area at around 3pm on Monday, December 18.
She is around 5ft 4 inches in height with a slim build and she currently has very short hair.
When last seen, Laura was wearing black leggings, a black jacket with a fur hood and black footwear.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said this morning: "Extensive enquiries are under way to locate Laura, but she has yet to be traced.
"Her family is understandably worried and just want to know she is safe and well.
"If anyone has seen Laura or has any information as to where she might be, please contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 1370 of 19 December, 2023."
