Two men have been arrested after allegedly being found in possession of weapons in Johnstone.
Police were called to Thornhill at around 1am on Saturday, December 16.
It is claimed a 21-year-old man was observed by officers brandishing a large wooden pole.
Police said a 50-year-old suspect was also found with a lock-back knife after being searched.
Both men were taken into custody and are due to appear in court at a later date.
