More roads around the former Ayr Station Hotel building are set to re-open.
Traffic around the hotel has been diverted and road closed since a fire ripped through the B-listed landmark on Monday, September 25.
Ayrshire Roads Alliance colleagues are currently working to get traffic management measures in place that will allow Kyle Street, Smith Street, Burns Statue Square and Parkhouse Street to reopen later this evening.
Some roads and footways will remain fully closed for the time being.
