Ayr United Football Academy has made an appeal after their minibus was stolen.
The club recently confirmed the sad news via social media.
It comes after multiple vehicle thefts were reported in the South Ayrshire area over the past few weeks.
The club said that the mini bus is used regularly to take young players to and from matches.
A social media statement said: "Looking for the community's help and shares.
"Ayr United Football Academy’s minibus has been stolen between 9.10pm on August 21 and 8.45am on August 22.
"It was last situated at the bottom of Cambuslea Road, Ayr, facing towards Hunters Avenue/Northfield bowling club. Please PM us with any info, dash cam footage that we can pass on to Police Scotland.
"Sadly, we have been made aware that vehicle thefts in particular vans have been targeted in South Ayrshire area.
"Whoever is doing it is either stealing the vehicle or taking the contents of what’s inside the vehicle.
"The Academy minibus is unique as plastered all over it is our name and logo. Please see picture below of what it looks like. The registration plate is SE16 NND.
"This is a sad situation for us as the bus is a vital part of our day to day community activities as well as being used on a regular basis to get our young male and female players to their away matches.
"Any help would be appreciated and to everyone please keep your vehicles and properties safe at night. Tough world we are living in at the moment but we’ve got to stick together."
