Police are being deployed at train stations across South Ayrshire in a bid to deter troublemakers.
Officers will be visible this week at key sites as thousands flock to the Ayrshire coast to make the most of the good weather.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "This coming week, we have officers deployed at train stations across South Ayrshire.
"If you plan on visiting, please enjoy it responsibly and remember drinking alcohol in public is prohibited."
