AN old store on Maybole's Cassillis Road is up for auction.
The commercial unit is situated nine miles south of Ayr, and comes with investment potential as the former Carrick General Stores.
Auction company Future Property Auctions has put the old shop on the market for just £2,000, with bidding opening on June 1.
Information online states that the unit could be used for multiple purposes - including hot food service.
