A man has died following a crash on a South Ayrshire road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on the A77, near Ballantrae, at around 12.40am on Sunday.
Police Scotland confirmed on Monday that enquiries to establish the full circumstances of the tragic incident are ongoing.

Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of a crash involving a single car on the A77 near Ballantrae around 12.40am on Sunday, 14 May.
"One man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Enquiries remain ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
