Ayr's Musical Memories group has been hitting the right notes as it celebrated its tenth anniversary in the town.
The group was formed a decade ago to meet the needs of those who suffer memory loss, or have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease.
It meets at the Alloway Church Halls on the second Thursday of every month, and welcomes residents from local care homes, as well as individuals living at home who are brought by their carers.
A special celebration to mark the milestone was held, with a cake cut by David Lewis, Fiona Furey and Rev Neil McNaught.
The groups welcomes others to come and join in, singing well-known songs alongside a cup of tea and biscuits.
The next meeting takes place on Thursday, May 11 at 2.30pm.
