The town's Prestwick Pioneer was listed in the pub chain's top establishments, according to TripAdvisor reviews.
The pub received 165 'excellent' ratings and 28 'terrible' ratings based on 497 reviews by TripAdvisor users.

Other top Wetherspoons pubs to be found in Scotland include Kilmarnock's Wheatsheaf Inn, Edinburgh's Standing Order and Glasgow's Society Room.
Recent reviews said: "Been to loads but this one is the best by far for food. The pizzas are amazing! We go at least once a week. Deeelicious."
