ONE of Ayr's most popular hotels has been added to a succesful property firm.
Ayr-based property company Donnini has announced the launch of Donnini Collection Hotels.
The company already operates a portfolio of more than 50 properties available for leisure and corporate lets, and has now added The Kylestrome Hotel in Ayr as its first foray into hotel accommodation.
Jake Murray and Laurence Malyon, joint founders of Donnini, said: “We are thrilled to finally announce the launch of Donnini Collection Hotels, which will run alongside our existing apartments and houses.
"Providing hotel rooms has been a long-awaited goal in our evolution as a provider of first-class accommodation.
“We are also delighted to announce a partnership with Andrew and Diane Sime, who will continue to operate the restaurant, bar and function space within The Kylestrome.
“We have been working closely with Diane and Andrew on developing a fresh new menu and hospitality offering.
"The bar and restaurant will officially re-launch as the e11even Restaurant and Bar on the 30th of March, offering an exceptional but un-fussy dining experience.”

The Kylestrome has 12 bedrooms, modern facilities and is located right in the heart of Ayr, just minutes from the beachfront, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers.
Jake and Laurence added: “We have built Donnini over the last six years on the strength of our partnerships. Donnini Collection Hotels will be no different.
“We are very keen to engage with other hotel owners, investors and developers anywhere in the UK who may be interested in partnering with us, creating different options with regards to income generation.
"We are also interested in speaking to anyone seeking a quality partner to take over existing hotel or aparthotel venues.
“The Kylestrome is the first step in us being able to offer businesses and leisure guests alike a full spectrum of accommodation offerings in Ayrshire, whilst the new e11even promises to provide guests with an exceptional experience.”
The e11even restaurant and bar officially opens on March 30 and the Kylestrome is taking bookings with immediate effect.
