AN AYRSHIRE based hospitality firm are going the extra mile to ensure they look after their staff's mental, physical and financial wellbeing.

Buzzworks Holdings has launched its own 'Buzzworks Wellbeing Hub' which provides a combination of resources across four different categories – Move, Munch, Money and Mind.

Move helps team members to reach their fitness goals, Munch provides nutritional information across hundreds of recipes.

Money - a particularly helpful toolkit during the cost-of-living crisis - allows staff to access expert guides to improve their financial wellbeing and finally, Mind collates tools to reduce stress, increase productivity and improve sleep.

It will allow employees online access to fully-tailored services such as exercise videos, nutritional recipes, money guides, and a collection of mindfulness and meditation audios.

It is the latest in a number of moves the company has made as it lives up to its ranking as one of the top 100 UK company's to work for.

Buzzworks already offer their 'Employee Promise', which give their the team discounted gym memberships, flexible working, wellbeing days and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

While they have become famous for their 'staff wellbeing days', where Buzzworks venues close for the day, and staff meet up, get to know each other in the great outdoors and take part in activities to help boost mental health and wellbeing.
