Colleagues from various Asda Scotland stores braved the cold by taking part in a dip in the sea at Troon beach to raise over £3,000 for BBC Children in Need.
Twenty-two community champions and store managers from 13 stores across central Scotland got involved to raise vital funds for the charity.
Ann Binks, community champion at Asda Coatbridge, said:“The weather wasn’t the best, but we all had a laugh whilst raising money for such a good cause. Well done everyone."
Lorraine McDonald, community champion at Asda Bishopbriggs, added: "It was freezing but once you were in the water it wasn’t too bad.
"It was a great team effort and all for a great cause!”
Over the last 22 years, Asda and BBC Children in Need have been in partnership, raising over £28 million for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
