Missing Peter Paterson
THE search is on to trace a missing Lanarkshire man who was last seen in Ayr at the weekend.
Peter Paterson was last spotted at around 11.30am on Sunday, July 24 at Ayr Central Shopping Centre.
The 39-year-old from Wishaw is described as being 6ft 2in tall with a tanned complexion, dark hair and a tattoo on his forearm.
He was last known to be wearing a grey t-shirt with a small yellow logo, a grey hooded top, black trousers, black and white Nike trainers and carrying a rucksack.
His subsequent movements are unknown and, while he is known to travel, officers are keen to ensure he is safe and well.
