HEADS of Ayr Farm Park has won an award at a national ceremony.
The local attraction, which boasts a fun park with bumper boats, electric tractors, trampolines, quad biking and various animals, picked up the 'Large Farm Attraction of the Year' award at the National Farm Attractions Network ceremony on Wednesday, June 8, as well as being a finalist for the Best Food and Drink Award and Most Innovate Award.
Park director Greg Rankin said: “The whole park is delighted.
"It’s such an honour to have won this prestigious award in rural tourism. It’s thanks to the hard work of our amazing team who always go above and beyond to make sure our guests have the best possible experience when visiting us.
"We hope that awards such as this are going to be a boost, not just for us, but for the local tourism scene as a whole as they help to showcase our amazing area, as well as improve and recover as a community post-pandemic.”
