Two people had to be taken to hospital after a four-vehicle crash in South Ayrshire.
A 17-year-old girl and 46-year-old man were hurt in the incident in Minishant at around 6.30pm on Sunday, June 12.
The road reopened at 9pm.
The 46 year old has since been reported for alleged driving offences.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a four car crash on the A77, Main Street, Minishant, at around 6.30pm on Sunday, June 12.
"A 17-year-old female youth was taken to University Hospital Crosshouse and a 46-year-old man was taken to University Hospital Ayr.
"The 46-year-old man will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences.”
"The road was reopened around 9pm."
