Ayr Taekwondo Club had massive success at the Scottish Closed Championships at Wishaw Sports Centre recently.
The National Championships were the first in two years due to the coronavirus pandemic with Taekwondo clubs from all over Scotland.
Several Ayr students were medal winners in their first competition. Not only did the club walk away with a haul of medals, they also now have there very own Scottish Champion.
Zach Miller, aged nine, was attending his first national competition – and after six fights he was crowned Green Belt Boys Scottish Tae Kwon Do Champion.
The club is massively proud of not only Zach but also everyone who stepped up.
