Two Ayrshire golf courses have been named in the top 10 "most Instagrammable courses" in the UK.
Scotland proudly has four of the top 10 spots, according to the new research carried out by Jura Watches.
The highest placed course from Ayrshire was Royal Troon, which placed 8th. The Old Course was founded in 1878 and will play host to the 152nd Open Championship in 2024. It was found to have 8,826 hashtags.
In 9th placed was the Trump Turnberry course, originally establish in 1906. The course was redesigned in 2016 after being acquired by the Trump Organisation. It received 8,419 hashtags.
James Sellors, director of Jura Watches, said: "There are some fantastic golf courses across the whole of the UK for anyone looking to test out there, so we wanted to find a list of the most popular to help people get going and get golfing."
