The long-awaited Ayrshire Hospice Burns Supper has been rescheduled as a precaution due to Scotland’s current coronavirus situation.

The eagerly-anticipated event was due to take place this Friday, January 21, but will instead now take place on Saturday, March 5 at the Brig o’Doon House Hotel, between 6.15pm and midnight.

The evening will feature a number of exciting fundraising activities including a raffle, a newly-formatted online silent auction and the legendary ‘Aye or Naw’ game. There will be plenty of chances to win generously donated prizes to help raise much needed funds for the hospice.

A Hospice spokesperson said: “We have a number of top singers and entertainers lined up to entertain you in true Burnsian style.

“We have some fabulous sponsorship opportunities available to support our prestigious event in Ayrshire.

“If you would be interested in donating an auction or raffle prize or taking an advert within our programme, we would be delighted to discuss these opportunities to support the hospice with you in more detail.”
