Pupils at Doonfoot Primary School have been gifted high visibility vests as part of a CALA Homes’ initiative that aims to increase road safety awareness.
CALA Homes, which has its Florence Gardens development, helped pupils from the Ayr school as part of its Be Safe Be Seen campaign.
The homebuilder donated its ‘Be Safe Be Seen’ pack to the school including 30 hi-vis vests, bags and wristbands to help keep pupils visible on the way to and from school as the mornings and evenings grow increasingly darker.
Liana Canavan from CALA Homes said: “Health and Safety is of vital importance to us at CALA and we are delighted to support Doonfoot Primary School with our Be Safe Be Seen safety pack.”
