Girvan and District Flower Club’s October demonstration took place in Girvan Community Centre on Wednesday, October 27.
The AGM preceded this and chairperson Fiona Robertson opened the business meeting by announcing the sad passing recently of one of the club’s founder members Betty Shields.
Fiona welcomed a great friend of the club, demonstrator Fiona Wilson (formerly Fiofin Designs) onto the stage to present her ‘Halloween Extravaganza’.
Once the formal meeting was over, Fiona invited Violet Connor and Sylvia Stewart, representing CAN, to come forward and receive a cheque for £200.
