After 23 years of service to the football club, Ayr United kit man, Graham Steel said goodbye to the Somerset Park faithful recently.
Saturday, October 16’s home win against Queen of the South marked the end of a wonderful career at Ayr United for the trusty member of staff.
Graham got the perfect send off, as he watched his side come back from a goal down to win the game 2-1.
During his time at the club, Graham has experienced the highs and lows of being an Ayr fan, including promotions, relegations and cup finals.
A spokesperson for the club said: “In those 23 years, you have seen and done it all at Somerset Park and we know the club just won’t be the same without you. All the best, Steely and thank you.”
