A distressed daughter is making a plea for her mum's dog to be returned, after they say she was taken from their home.
Courtney McCulloch's mum's dog, Mali, a blue cain Corso who is cropped and docked was believed to have been taken from the Prestwick area over the weekend.
The family are pleading for the pooch to be returned as soon as possible.
Mali is 20 months old and she has been microchipped, she is very obedient and has a white patch under her neck and on her chest.
The incident has been reported to police.
Courtney said: "My mum's dog Mali was taken in the Prestwick area.
"She's absolutely distraught.
"Please contact me if you see her anywhere, any help would be appreciated."
