AN AYR couple celebrated a special day with a lovely spot of lunch at Belleisle Conservatory in Ayr.
Adam and Margaret Train tied the knot on September 20, 1961 Newton on Ayr Old Church, with a reception at Belleisle House Hotel.
The couple met at the Pavilion Ballroom in Ayr during the Glasgow fair in 1957 and have been together ever since.
Adam and Margaret wanted to tie in the special celebration with a nod to where they got married 60 years ago.
They now have three children, John, Alison, Andrew, as well as five wonderful grandchildren.
