A WORKER at Greenan Manor Care Home has won an award at the 2021 Meallmore Staff Awards.
Jaime Ireland has been recognised for her outstanding dedication, and was awarded in the Positive Impact category at the ceremony.
The Positive Impact Award recognises how sustained input has positively benefited individuals and or the wider sector.
Members of staff, residents and family members from Greenan Manor joined Meallmore’s 25 other care homes across Scotland virtually for the celebrations.
Speaking on her win, Jaime said: “I am absolutely over the moon to have won the Positive Impact Award at the Meallmore Staff Awards. The team at Greenan Manor have made it really special for me and we celebrated in a big way. Thank you to everyone who nominated me.
“I have worked with Meallmore for ten months and already I feel such a valued member of the team. There is always activities going on across the care home group which are inclusive for all staff and residents.”
Winners were presented with a certificate, trophy and choice of prize, which included an Apple Watch, iPad or Nintendo Switch, with runners up receiving a certificate of recognition.
