Troon Welbeck Ladies held a successful invitational Triam competition on August 12, in support of Irvine & Troon Cancer Care, who have been facing increased costs due to the pandemic.
Nineteen teams, made up of members and their friends, participated on what turned out a lovely sunny day.
A magnificent £518.87 was raised on the day.
A representative from the club said:”A huge thanks to Welbeck’s Lady Captain, Mary Senior, for her hard work in organising this event. Mary was delighted that £518.87 was raised on the day. In addition the Senior Welbeck Gents raised a further £80 from one of their events which was added to the sum handed over to Irvine and Troon Cancer Care Chair, Dick McLachlan”.
