ABC Fete
THE sun shone on Ardrossan Outdoor Bowling Club on Saturday as the annual summer fete made a welcome return.
Usually held every year, the 2020 day was unfortunately cancelled due to the pandemic but the club’s members and guests made up for it earlier this month welcoming guests, family members and friends along for a fun filled day.
From the ever-popular bottle stall, home baking, try bowls, hit the bowlers with a wet sponge and various raffles and tombolas, the fete was a great success.
Raising more than £1,200 for the club funds, the day was a welcome return to the calendar and sign of normality coming back.
