Images from inside Ayr’s new £8.2million sport centre have been revealed.
The new athletics hub will feature some of the best sporting facilities around, with an eight-lane, 400m running track; 60m indoor running track; and a field events area.
The centre, which will be located on the former college site next to Ayr Academy, will also boast a 3G all-weather pitch, along with fully accessible changing areas.
It is hoped the transformation of the building will take around a year to complete.
