Dogs across Ayrshire are wanted to take part in a blood donation drive which is returning to Ayr.
Pet Blood Bank UK will be returning to Vets4Pets in Ayr on Saturday, April 24 to run dog blood donation sessions.
The group ran a successful drive in Ayr back in February.
To become a donor, your dog must weigh more than 25kg, be between the ages of one and eight, and be fit and healthy.
The donation itself only takes five-10 minutes, but owners should expect their dogs to be with the team for around 35-40 minutes.
If you are interested in finding out more and registering your dog as a donor, you can visit their website here or call the charity directly on 01509 232 222.
