A yellow weather warning for rain is in place for all parts of Ayrshire - with a risk of flooding alongside it.
The Met Office has warned that heavy rain forecast across North, South and East Ayrshire may bring with it a risk of flooding and travel disruption.
The warning is in place from today, Friday, February 19, until Sunday, February 21, around 9pm, meaning a blusterous weekend ahead for many of us.

According to the Met Office, "rain will become persistent and heavy at times from early on Friday morning, continuing through the day before easing in the evening. 20-40mm is likely quite widely, with 50-60mm possible over some hilly areas.
"Further persistent rainfall, heavy at times, will occur through Saturday afternoon and into early Sunday morning. 20-40mm is likely quite widely, with 50-60mm possible over some hilly areas."
Residents are also advised to account for longer travel time if making essential journeys due to spray and flooding on roads and bus and train services likely to be affected by the conditions.
Flooding of a few homes and businesses is also likely.

SEPA has issued a further flood alert for Ayrshire and Arran, with heavy rain affecting the area today and tomorrow likely to 'bring a risk of flooding to individual properties, low lying land and roads from rivers and surface water.'
