Sudden death of woman, 20, at a property in Ayr being treated as 'unexplained'
The sudden death of a 20-year-old woman at a property in Ayr is being treated as 'unexplained'.
The woman was found at a property in Duke Terrace around 5pm on Thursday, February 4.
Police have confirmed that a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called around 5pm on Thursday, February 4, to a property in Duke Terrace, Ayr, following the sudden death of a 20-year-old woman.
"The death is being treated as unexplained but it is not thought to be suspicious. As with all sudden deaths, a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
