Girvan Bowling Club handed over the kind donation.
A CHARITY who provide transport for cancer patients from South Ayrshire received a boost from a local bowling club.
C.A.N. help those going through cancer treatment get to the Beatson in Glasgow.
Girvan Bowling Club held a competition to raise cash for the charity and on Sunday, September 20 handed over a cheque of £270.
The cheque was well received with volunteer driver Campbell Frame visiting the bowlers to pick up the cheque.
