GRO Coffee at Irvine Harbourside opened in 2015 and has been a huge hit with locals and caffeine-lovers from further-afield.
Now, the socially-conscious company will be taking over the Frankie and Benny's location in Ayr, with hints of plans for a Glasgow location.
Gordon Rennie, owner of the shop, told of 'the hustle and the grind' to make his dreams a reality.
He said he is still 'wondering' how he got there having been in a derelict apartment just two years ago.
Posting on GRO's social media, he said: "This pic[ture] is me and Joey Gro finding some beer crates for seats in our derelict apartment just over two years ago after another long day.
"Even in that moment, we had a vision and a plan, and a determination to make it a reality.
"We just never gave up."
Gordon thanked the loyalty of customers who have supported the eco-friendly, dog-loving coffeehouse.
The new location on Whitletts Roudabout is undergoing renovations to get it ready to welcome coffee-lovers with the stylish surroundings those in Irvine are used to.
On National Coffee Day, it is welcome-news for lovers of the drink across Ayrshire
But GRO also services up delicious hand-baked treats as well a delicious organic dishes, which it makes an effort to source from sustainable suppliers.
It has yet to be announced when the new place on Highfield Drive will open.
Gordon said: "You have followed us, supported and visited us from all over the world, showing us love, sending kind words and giving us friendship.
"It has meant everything to us and we continue every day to do everything better and never settle."
